It'd really help us out if you could bring your mat to all of our Fit In The Park and BootCamp sessions. Especially this Saturday in South Park Gardens. Antonio is running the class and won't have quite as many as Kate usually does. Thank you!

We've got a fantastic group of people who are committed to working out with us early in the morning in Wimbledon Park.

Why don't you join us? You'll get a full body workout combining strength, cardio, endurance, core & functional movement. All levels & abilities welcome.

HA fitness is turning 11 this year and we think this give us reason to celebrate! Come and join us for eats, drinks and much merriment at The Burger Shack & Bar in Wimbledon Village on Thursday 2nd February from 7.30pm.

Blast Those Buns!

Our Saturday morning Blast Class this week is with trained physio, Philippa. She'll be focusing on getting your gluteal muscles (your backside) fired up & activated.

Strong glutes help prevent you getting injured & can really help improve your running, cycling, swimming or skiing. You look better in jeans too!

Philippa will also be including some great ab moves, to really get your whole core area switched on.

Saturday Blast Class - Legs & Glutes

Calling all runners, cyclists, skiers & anyone who wants to fire up their legs & glutes!

Our 7.45am Blast Class in South Park Gardens this week will be focusing on creating power & strength in the legs & bum.

Sophie will be combining plyometric drills with speed & strength training in this challenging 45 minute session. Having successfully completed an Ironman, Sophie knows what she's talking about when it comes to strong legs & glutes!

We're back!

Wimbledon Fit In The ParkTime to blow away the cobwebs & manage that festive damage!

We're back in action at 9am on Saturday 3 January 2015 in both Wimbledon Park & South Park Gardens.

Join us for a challenging & fun Fit In The Park workout.

In Wimbledon Park we meet near the Revelstoke Road entrance. Just to the right of the carpark (put SW18 5HY into the sat nav. Free parking in the park).

In South Park Gardens, we meet near the Trinity Road entrance (put SW19 8QY into the sat nav. Metered parking on the road).

HIIT in South Park Gardens, 7.45am this Saturday!

Come to our last HIIT session in South Park Gardens on Saturday at 7.45 - 8.30am.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is about getting your heart rate racing, your body sweating & your muscles burning. Fast-paced exercises will torch calories & boost your metabolism. Short, timed recovery periods will enable you to keep the intensity high whilst still maintaining form.

You can use your class passes at these sessions or do pay-as-you-go. If you'd like to do the double & come to the 9.00am session as well, we'll happily give you extra training for the 30 minutes in between the 2 sessions!

We meet near the Trinity Road entrance to the park. Wimbledon, SW London SW19 8QY.

We will be running our free fitness testing the following Saturday, 15 November so make sure you fit in as many sessions as you can before then!

How Fit Are You?

Meet us in South Park Gardens at 8.30am this Saturday & find out!

This 30 minute session will test your cardio, strength & flexibility levels.

It's FREE for everyone who goes onto do our 9am class. We'll tick your card or take payment as usual at Fit In The Park.

There will be a re-test on Saturday 15 November at 8.30am!

Spaces will be limited at the fit testing, so book your place now by emailing us with your details.
