Pitch Hill, Reynard Hill and Winterfold Hill
When: Sunday 15 March, 9.45am
Distance: 15.5km (9.6 miles) approx
Where: Hurtwood Car Park 2 (Walking Bottom), Peaslake, Guildford, Surrey GU5 9QW
What: Excellent views, ancient woodland, rolling farmland, open heathland, pine forests, and a pub stop. This walk has it all!
Kit: Good walking/trail shoes or hiking boots. Waterproof jacket. Some food and water in a small rucksack.
Facilities: There are no toilets on the route. However we can make a couple of diversions to the pub and (if we purchase something) use their facilities. There is also a Village Stores near the beginning of the route for extra supplies.

St Martha’s Hill, The Silent Pool and much more!
When: Sunday 26 April, 9.00am
Distance: 20km (12.5 miles) approx
Where: Newlands Corner Car Park. Shere, Guildford, Surrey GU4 8SE
What: An adventurous hilly walk with highlights including sweeping views, a hilltop church, the winding Tillingbourne river, and the mysterious Silent Pool.
Kit: Good walking/trail shoes or hiking boots. Waterproof jacket. Some food and water in a small rucksack.
Facilities: There are toilets and a cafe at the start/finish. We can also make a couple of diversions to the pub and (if we purchase something) use their facilities.
Cost: £20 per person

A big day out in the Surrey Hills ticking off Leith Hill, Holmbury Hill and Box Hill
When: 7 June 2026, 8am
Distance: 35km (22 miles) approx
Where: Box Hill National Trust Car Park (£9 for non members)
Kit: Good walking/trail shoes or hiking boots. Waterproof jacket. Some food and water in a small rucksack.
Facilities: There are toilets and a cafe at the start/finish. We can also make a couple of diversions to the pub and (if we purchase something) use their facilities.
Cost: £70, which includes a safety vehicle and extra water and snacks at specific points along the route
