Fit In The Park - Family: you’re welcome to bring your little ones along to these park sessions (buggies and toddlers welcome).
Buggyfit: postnatal fitness for new mums and babies.
We also run a wide range of Courses and BootCamps throughout the year including SkiFit, Cardio Pilates, Cardio Dance, BoxFit and HIIT and Body Sculpting.
We run Personal Training sessions across SW18, SW19, SW20 and surrounding areas.
We can come to your home or meet you in the park for a completely tailored workout to suit your level and goals.
