Weekly Classes

We have a busy class timetable with a variety of classes throughout the week. As we have no monthly fees, you’re welcome to drop-in to any of our sessions as often as you like.

  • Fit In The Park: fun and challenging outdoor workouts for all levels and abilities.

  • Fit In The Park - Family: you’re welcome to bring your little ones along to these park sessions (buggies and toddlers welcome).

  • Buggyfit: postnatal fitness for new mums and babies.

BootCamps

We also run a wide range of Courses and BootCamps throughout the year including SkiFit, Cardio Pilates, Cardio Dance, BoxFit and HIIT and Body Sculpting.

Personal Training

We run Personal Training sessions across SW18, SW19, SW20 and surrounding areas.

We can come to your home or meet you in the park for a completely tailored workout to suit your level and goals.
