Dance has always been a passion of mine and I maintain my fitness levels through a combination of outdoor fitness classes, yoga and barre. After spending over 10 years working as a physics teacher I decided to take a career break to look after my daughter.
I’ve now decided to follow my passion and pursue a career in the fitness industry. I’ve recently taken my exams and I’m excited to say the hard work has paid off and I’m now a qualified Level 2 Fitness Instructor and member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).
As a trained jazz dancer, I am very used to working hard to improve my strength, stamina and flexibility, as well as remembering all of the choreography! I love the feeling that dance can bring to both our mental and physical well-being and I can’t wait to introduce dance elements to the HA fitness catalogue of courses available! My specialism is dance fitness and exercise to music. I can’t wait to get going so watch this space!
