8 Week Beginner Runner Course

From the comfort of your own home!

Whether you're new to running or looking to rekindle your passion for it, this course will equip you with the tools and mindset to kickstart a consistent running routine.

You’ll receive:

  • 8-week progressive training plan: Gradually increase your walking/running in duration and intensity over 8 weeks

  • Guidance on how to run: Understand what good running form is and learn some injury prevention techniques

  • Advice on kit: Including what to look for when choosing the right type of running shoes and what to wear to get the most out of your running

  • Nutrition tips: Learn how to fuel well for your running

  • Accountability: Stay motivated and share your successes with weekly check-ins

How it works:

  1. Complete a short questionnaire, which will help us to tailor your training plan and the course content

  2. Receive your 8-week training plan by 12 May

  3. Join our group Zoom sessions to delve into running related topics:

    • Sunday 12 May at 8.15-9.15pm

    • Sunday 9 June at 8.15-9.15pm

    • Sunday 7 July at 8.15-9.15pm

  4. Join our WhatsApp group for weekly check-ins, extra support and encouragement.

Your training coach is Heather. She has been a personal trainer for the last 18 years, is a Running Technique Coach (The Movement & Running School) and a Level 2 Certified Running Gait Analyst (Run DNA). She also has many miles, marathons and ultras under her belt!
