Body After Baby Workshop - NEW DATE!

Designed for new Mums who want to improve their core strength and posture. Come along and you'll find out:

  • How to tone-up your abs to make your tummy feel and look flatter and firmer
  • How to strengthen your core to prevent back pain
  • The what, why, and how of your pelvic floor!
  • Ways to improve your posture

You'll also get lots of exercise ideas, plus the knowledge you need to practice safely at home. It will be limited to a small group of Mums, so you can get individual attention and the opportunity to ask questions (a bit like having a Personal Trainer only cheaper!).

At the workshop, I hope to be able to pass on some of the knowledge and theory I’ve gained over the years. I’m a qualified and experienced Postnatal Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher and, most importantly of all, a new Mum!

When: Saturday 20 March 2010, 10am to 11.30am (hopefully you can hand the kids over to Dad!)

Core Strength for Runners Workshop
