(81K)Our 6-Week Beginners Level 2 5K Programme is designed for people who already have a basic level of fitness. The aim is to get you ready to run a 5K race non-stop, with confidence! If you require a more advanced or tailored training programme, please contact Heather. -

3) The 5K Intermediate Plan.pdf
(88K)Our 6-week Intermediate 5K Plan is designed for those who are already running around 10 miles in total a week. The aim is to get you to finish a 5K race in a time that you’ll be pleased with, possibly a personal best (PB). If you require a more advanced or tailored training programme, please contact Heather.
