Flexible class passes:
Our prices range from £5.50 to £7.50 a class depending on how many sessions you buy. The passes are really flexible, as you can use them at any of the above Fit In The Park classes or at our Buggyfit post natal sessions. You don't even have to stick to a particular class or day every week.

"I am really enjoying the Tuesday and Saturday classes in South Park Gardens and look forward to each one. The 6:30am class on Thursdays is great because I can do it before going into the city for work. I like the way the classes are different each week and particularly enjoy the classes which intersperse cardio with the resistance exercises as my heart beat stays high throughout and you get a really effective combined aerobic and toning workout. Kate is very good at explaining the exercises and also at giving different level options so you can choose how hard you want to work to reflect how you're feeling - tired/injured etc."
