Kick-off your New Year's resolutions at our HIIT BootCamp in January 2018!
Training over 5 consecutive mornings, you'll get a full body workout, combining strength, cardio, endurance, core and functional movement. It'll be fast and fun. You'll scorch calories and challenge your whole body from head to toe. All levels welcome.

Early Bird Discount! £40 for each 5-day Bootcamp if booked before 22 December 2017 (regular price £45). If you miss a session, you're welcome to make it up at one of our regular Fit In The Park classes.
