For a long time fitness and weight training have been a huge passion of mine. I especially love anything high intensity, from spinning to getting creative in and out of the gym. It definitely gives me a huge buzz and I have found exercise to be the number 1 stress reliever throughout my life.
I am a makeup artist but when I was lucky enough to fall pregnant with my now 18 month old happy girl, I decided to take the plunge and re-train as a personal trainer, and I am now REP’s qualified level 2 and 3. I thought a whole body approach could be quite the thing and both nicely compliment each other.
Exercise should be about fun and feeling healthy, If I can help someone to get there whilst loosing a few pounds too then that's what its all about!
