After being involved in a terrible car accident at a young age I quickly came to realise the importance of health and wellbeing. From that day forward my focus has been towards continuously improving my health and fitness, as well as increasing my knowledge of nutrition, training, biomechanics and physiology. My focus has remained unchanged.
Fitness is a lifestyle which I believe should slowly be integrated into everyday life – I am here to teach you and to show you how this can be achieved. I specialise in fat loss, muscle building and total body transformations, whilst giving you the most important benefit of all…improved health.
My thirst for knowledge and wellbeing has led me to qualify in personal training at level 3. I am also a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) at levels 2 and 3. I am now finally living my dream which is to help people, like yourselves, become healthy and fit.
